Welcome to Warugokushu Festival's ‘Terms of Service Agreement’ document. Before participating in this event, please read the following rules carefully. This document acts as a formal agreement between you (the participant) and the organisers of Warugokushu Festival (also known as Wagufest).

There are 3 (three) categories of registration forms applicable:

  1. Circle

  2. Corporate

  3. Food and Beverage (FnB) Tenants

GENERAL TERMS

  1. When you click the 'Submit Form' button on the Circle Art Market Warugokushu Festival 2025 registration page, you (hereinafter referred to as 'participant', 'Circle', 'Booth user', 'Bazaar', or 'you') have expressed your willingness to abide by all the Terms and Conditions set out by Warugokushu Festival (hereinafter referred to as 'Warugokushu Festival', 'Wagufest', or 'we') in this document, including all additional information conveyed through official correspondence between both parties.

  2. We reserve the right to make changes to the points in these terms by:

    • Updating the current Terms of Service Agreement document.

    • Informing you of the changes via email or official Wagufest social media (such as website, Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook).

  3. Warugokushu Festival is not responsible for the content or works traded by participants. You are deemed to have understood all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. Any form of content sold, exhibited, or displayed is the sole responsibility of the participant. By clicking the 'Submit Form' button, you are deemed to be aware of all possible consequences.

  4. The Circle Technical Rules are an integral part of this Warugokushu Festival Terms of Service Agreement. Each Circle must abide by these rules while on the festival grounds.

CIRCLE TERMS

A. Registration Procedure

  1. Circle must fill out the registration form on the official Warugokushu Festival website with complete, clear, and valid data.

  2. One Space for one day consists of:

    • A table measuring 90 cm (length) × 45 cm (width).

    • Dua buah kursi.

  3. One Booth A includes:

    • Booth partition measuring 2 m × 2 m.

    • One table measuring 100 cm × 50 cm.

    • Two chairs.

    • Exclusive access to electricity.

  4. One Booth B includes:

    • Booth partition measuring 4 m × 2 m.

    • Two tables measuring 100 cm × 50 cm.

    • Two chairs.

    • Exclusive access to electricity.

  5. Each Circle may only reserve a maximum of:

    • 4 (four) Spaces, OR

    • 1 (one) Booth (either type A or B).

  6. If the registration form passes/qualified the selection process, the Circle will receive a confirmation email / WhatsApp along with payment instructions.

  7. Circle is required to complete the payment according to the nominal stated in the confirmation to the specified account, within 2 × 24 hours after the confirmation email / WhatsApp is received.

  8. After making payment, the Circle must submit proof of transfer via the Proof of Payment Collection page (link provided along with the confirmation email / WhatsApp received) by attaching a photo / screenshot of proof of payment before the 2 × 24 hours deadline. If the confirmation is not sent, the Space/Booth booked will be cancelled/forfeited. If payment has already been made, the money will be fully refunded.

  9. The Circle will receive proof of participation, table/booth number, and Circle Technical Rules at a time to be announced later.

  10. Exhibitor Pass or Circle Pass (depending on event policy) will be issued upon re-registration on the day of the event.

  11. Passes must be worn by all Circle members during the preparation period and the event. Passes are not transferable to other parties.

B. Cancellation Policy

  1. If cancellations are made no later than D-15 before the event, participants are entitled to a 50% refund.

  2. Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.

C. Work Criteria

  1. All assets in the work for sale must be the creation of the Circle member listed on the form (including artwork, writing, music, design, photos, etc.), unless they meet the exclusion criteria.

  2. If using assets that are not their own creation, they must fulfil the following conditions:

    • Have a commercial licence (e.g: CC:BY licence or written permission from the original owner allowing modification and commercial use).

    • Not used in its entirety (e.g. original artwork in the form of posters, T-shirts, CD recordings, etc.).

    • Must be adapted into a new work (e.g. free patterns in artwork, music for games, etc.).

  3. Specific Restrictions:

    • Tracing or copying artwork composition until it is very similar to the original work (both official and fan-made).

    • Selling official/reseller goods (e.g. idol photos, album CDs, official posters, etc.).

    • Using official logo/trademark/brand title in merchandise.

    • Selling food/drinks.

    • Works with pornographic content.

    • Selling of NFTs.

    • Works generated by AI (Artificial Intelligence) or AI-based generators.

D. Penalties for Violations

  1. Any Circle that violates the rules will be removed from the event and prohibited from selling.

  2. There will be no compensation or refund for the expelled Circle.

CORPORATE TERMS

Specific terms and conditions for Corporate can be found on the Corporate Booth registration form. All Corporate terms remain an integral part of this Terms of Service Agreement.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE (FNB) TENANT TERMS

Specific terms and conditions for Tenant FnB can be found on the Tenant FnB registration form. All Tenant FnB terms remain an integral part of this Terms of Service Agreement.
