By completing and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all Warugokushu Festival 2025 Terms of Service Agreement and FnB Tenant Rules. Please read them first before you proceed.

Please fill in all form information correctly and in accordance with reality. If there are errors / discrepancies in the future caused by your negligence, it is entirely your responsibility.
Price: IDR 2,500,000 / tenant (2 days event)

Steps to fill out the form:
Make sure you have read and understood the Terms of Service Agreement and FnB Tenant Rules,
Enter your personal and FnB tenant details in the following form,
Enter the Google Drive link of the photos/images of the food and/or beverage menu that you will sell. You can see the tutorial video here,
Make sure you have filled out the form correctly, then press the ‘Submit Form’ button,
Your form will be processed and reviewed by the internal team for a maximum of 7x24 hours. After that you will get information about whether you pass or not via Email or
WhatsApp that you have registered.
If you pass, you proceed to the payment stage. More details will be informed further.
