Circle Art Market Wagufest 2025 Guide

Circle Art Market is a participant of creative actors who have been registered and selected to conduct exhibition activities and creative creations at the Warugokushu Festival 2025. Circle can be in the form of individual or group.

The entire Circle Art Market is entitled to carry out various exhibition scope activities, namely displaying / exhibiting, creating directly, and selling all creative works in the form of original works to other derivatives in various forms of media.

The implementation of Art Market Warugokushu Festival will take place at the Exhibition Hall, starting from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm. Wagufest is committed to giving more space and freedom to creative actors to perform and exchange their works.

Circle Space Art Market Specifications

In 1 (one) Circle Space, you will get:

  • A 90cm x 45cm table

  • 2 (two) chairs

  • No electricity provided

Notes: Circle/Participants can only book a maximum of 4 Circle Spaces. All additional bookings from the same participant will be considered and treated as a different circle/participant, and cannot be placed next to each other.

Circle Booth Art Market Specifications

On ordering Booth A (2 days), will get:

  • 1 (one) booth partition measuring 2m x 2m

  • 1 (one) 100cm x 50cm table

  • 2 (two) chairs

  • Exclusive electricity access maximum 2 amperes

On ordering Booth B (2 days), will get:

  • 1 (one) booth partition measuring 4m x 2m

  • 2 (dua) 100cm x 50cm table

  • 4 (four) chairs

  • Exclusive electricity access maximum 2 amperes

Notes: Things that must be considered in the Circle Booth regulations are as follows,

  1. Customised booths are prohibited. If you intend to have a customised booth, then consider registering as a Corporate Booth by contacting the contact at Wagufest website.

  2. Circle/Participants can only book a maximum of 1 booth (either Booth A or Booth B). All additional bookings from the same participant will be considered and treated as a different circle/participant, and cannot be placed next to each other..

Additional Items (Circle Booth only)

  1. Circle/Participants who book a Circle Booth (A or B) can book additional tables and chairs through this form.

  2. Additional fees will be charged and combined in the same booking.

Circle Pass Information

  • 1 (one) Circle Space will receive 3 Circle Passes

  • Circle Booth A will receive 4 Circle Passes

  • Circle Booth B will receive 8 Circle Passes

  • All Circle Pass holders will be given early access into the Art Market (venue) before Gate Open.

Additional Circle Passes:

  • Circle/Participants can request up to 2 additional passes

  • Additional Circle Passes can only be booked through this form

  • Additional fees will be charged and combined in the same booking.

Samples and Catalogue

IMPORTANT: The samples and catalogues that you upload must match the work or products that you will sell or exhibit at the upcoming Art Market Wagufest 2025. If discrepancies are found, the committee has the right to withdraw and prohibit products that are not mentioned in the form.

How to Upload Samples and Catalogues:

  1. For samples, please upload a sample file of your work and creations in the form of photos/ drawings/ designs/ illustrations/ etc. that illustrate the final product that you will sell or exhibit.

  2. For catalogue, upload a catalogue file of the list of works and creations that you will sell along with the price or pricelist.

  3. Upload the files into a separate folder in your Google Drive with JPG or PNG format and a maximum size of 256KB for each file.

  4. Share the link in the folder and give ‘viewer’ access to anyone who has the link (not private), then copy the link.

  5. Enter the link by pasting it into the form field provided.

Notes: Please keep sample and catalogue folders separate, enter them into the form field with different Google Drive links.
