After 30 days of running, the Warugokushu Festival 2025 team has received a lot of enthusiasm from various parties, such as fans, media, communities, and sponsors. We will not waste the momentum to continue expanding our reach to make this festival a success. Of course, we are still wide open to cooperation opportunities offered by all parties through the contacts available on our website. And here are some reports that we can submit as of 27 February 2025.
Through the Warugokushu Festival website contact, we have received considerable enthusiasm from the media, community, and even performers. Currently, we have received more than 30 messages. Currently, the Wagufest relations team is contacting media and communities who have offered to share the festival information. We are also contacting several performers regarding the time and terms of listed Guest Star at this festival.
Thanks to the cooperation with the media and community, as well as fans who also shared this great festival, our Instagram content reached more than 11,000+ accounts with 1,500+ account activities. The number of viewers who saw Warugokushu Festival content reached 36,500+ viewers over the past 30 days. This is good progress considering this is a newly established festival. Although there are only 150+ followers on Instagram and the influence of other social media (Facebook and X/Twitter) is still small, we remain optimistic along with the interesting information that we will post in the future.
Wagufest's Social Media team is targeting a much bigger audience and followers after the date, venue, and performer information is shared one by one. Currently, the Wagufest team is still running well according to the timeline that has been determined. In March, the Wagufest team is targeting to collaborate with a large Media Partner and inform the date and venue of the Warugokushu Festival event. Further bigger targets are planned in April to May as the team starts to curate and inform the performers who will perform on the Wagufest 2025 stage.
Warugokushu Festival 2025 has also contacted many companies to work with, and to date there have been several companies in various fields (mainly related to Japanese themes) who have expressed interest in taking part in the success of this festival. We also appreciate the companies that offered and contacted us first. We are excited to work together and benefit both parties.
The venue for the Warugokushu Festival has also started to look bright. After the survey that has been carried out last time, we continue to establish relationships and communication with the venue in this case SMESCO Indonesia to be able to step towards the next agreement in early March. So that in line with the timeline to inform the venue of the festival's implementation on social media.
The Wagufest team is well aware of the huge variety of needs for this festival. We are currently conducting a logistics survey of all the needs and equipment on the day of the event. We are also opening up cooperation opportunities to event logistics parties to jointly make this festival a success. We continue to establish communication with various potential parties for the smooth running of our event.
