Right on Saturday (11 January 2025), became the first stepping point for the steering committee to start their journey. In this meeting, onboarding and welcoming activities were held where each member introduced themselves for better communication and maintained in the future.
Not only introductions, this meeting also provided tasks that must be completed. Muhammad Akmal Hafizh, as the chief executive, gave a big concept of the event to be organised as well as directions based on his respective position.
